The Fuzhou Strait Library (i.e. dewang Library)belongs to practical projects for the people by Fujian Province, Fuzhou city key construction project and the Fuzhou municipal Party committee and municipal government,and is build by the Fuyao Group Chairman Mr. Cao Dewang donated 400 million.The construction land area is 16500 square meters, and the construction area is 58 thousand square meters.The ground floor is 1,and the ground floor is 11.The Straits library will become“city memory, leisure square, information center, humanities classroom, shared space”of Fuzhou city, as well as an important display platform of Fuzhou city style and public cultural services after completion.
