Among it, the ground four storey podium and basement for the comprehensive commercial mall - global shopping center,  is operated and managed by Taiwan Guande group; upstairs three towers, the left towers will be operated by the British InterContinental Hotel group, as the first four star Hotel Intercontinental Holiday Inn in Xiqing district, to fill the gaps in the senior hotel market of the region; the right two towers for the design to the mirror axis along the north and south, plan to construct the hotel apartments.
